  1. Today’s quote reminds of the idea that often what we dislike about others corresponds with a dislike of a trait within ourselves.
    Perhaps sometimes this is true.
    More importantly, today’s word “darkness” speaks to me of suffering and compassion. It is in my brokenness that compassion is spread, as a blanket, over others.
