“I also came to see that I should not worry about tomorrow, next week, next year, or next century. The more willing I was to look honestly at what I was thinking and saying and doing now, the more easily I would come into touch with the movement of God’s Spirit in me, leading me to the future. God is a God of the present and reveals to those who are willing to listen carefully to the moment in which they live the steps they are to take toward the future. “Do not worry about tomorrow,” Jesus says, “tomorrow will take care of itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Matthew 6:34).”

  1. Ah, the Present Moment – THE Holy Grail of our Existence!
    That is where we fell from Grace and even the ‘Gates of Paradise’ seemingly closed us out.
    So it is too, the Present Moment holds the ‘Keys to The Kingdom’ and Jesus is Always knocking from within – Surrender!
    The Present Moment Alone is where the future is made whole/Holy and the past is Transformed;
    that is why Evil will Always take us to the future and to the past, or an altered Reality…
    fixations of Delusions and Illusions, Despair and Hopelessness.
    Jesus says of the ‘little ones’: “The Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these”;
    and so it is that little children, as well as animals and all of nature are always IN the Present Moment.
    The Kingdom of Heaven IS within…The Present Moment – therein being…the Integrity of ALL Living Beings!
