No Other Option?

When you look at human suffering concretely you destroy all innocence, all neutrality, every attempt to say, “It wasn’t I; there was nothing I could do; I didn’t know.” In the face of suffering you are either with the victim or the executioner—there is no other option.

powerful seed thought…draws my attention toward the nature of Reponse-ability. Sensitive response to the suffering that is all around us requires the that we open our hearts and share the ‘burden’.. Perhaps this really is an epic moment in human history wherein we are called to the recognition of Universality; mankind as a whole must “share in the heart’s reaction.” Look inside and see what written there..
